Bushra Zaineb, Lead Instructional Designer

Bushra joined CommLab India as an Instructional Designer. As one of the Lead Instructional Designers at CommLab, she uses her excellent writing skills and passion for teaching and training to mentor her team to achieve the best quality training solutions for our clients. She has worked on several projects (various domains and verticals) analyzing client requirements, devising instructional strategies, creating storyboards, and interacting with clients.

She specializes in content design and development using the ADDIE process. Her current interests include implementing a robust learning design process throughout course development.

Bushra holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (B.Tech) from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU).
