Instructor-led Course Content Development for Effective Training
After an initial study of the course objectives and outline, our instructional designers will hold discussions with your SMEs and instructors to get a deeper understanding of the objectives and the audiences. The interactions will help in identifying the role and scope of participant workbooks and facilitator guides in the overall course delivery.
Under the guidance of our instructional designers, our content developers and editors will actually develop the course material.
Here are some of the examples of ILT material we created for Power & Energy and Electronics companies.
Contract Utilization Project
We have developed 27 ILT lessons for a power utility major in a tight schedule of 1 month. The client has provided us Standard Operating Procedures based on which we were expected to develop courseware for classroom delivery. We developed the lessons, facilitator guides, participant workbooks and , assessments and formatted them in accordance with infomapping standards of the client.
Practices of Management
The program is designed for newly recruited managers or for people within the company who are assuming managerial roles. We have developed seven modules covering various aspects of management. The client has provided a very large number of PowerPoint decks of previous presentations given on various policies and procedures in the company. Based on learning objectives given by the client, we have developed the entire gamut of ILT courseware - ready-to-use-PowerPoint presentations, facilitator's guides, learning activities and participants workbooks.
