Evaluating Training Resources and Creating More Current and Effective Training Programs
Large established organizations have a wealth of training resources like ILT course material; self-paced learning modules and CDs. They also use an enormous quantity of printed material like user manuals, reference files and operating procedures to train their employees. By virtue of continual change in manpower, change in the business environment and the consequent adaptation by the organizations some of these training resources become obsolete and thereby make training less effective.
