These elearning courses are simple page turners with minimum learner interactions. The content is segregated into "need-to-know" onscreen content and "nice-to-know" supplementary content placed under links, pop-ups and hot-spots. The courses are usually developed in HTML without audio narrations. They are quick to produce and cost less. Appropriate for subjects whose content is simple and straight forward and the courses mandatory.

These online training courses aim at simple skill development. They use a variety of animations and simulations, but of limited complexity. A part of the content is converted into an animation or simulation to help learners to understand how a particular concept or principle is applied.

The Level III Courses are highly interactive with several practice exercises and complex interactive self-checks (20 steps or more). The animations are complex and illustrations detailed. Usually, the courses are supported by audio narration throughout the course.

For advanced software products, our instructional designers adopt a Watch, Try, Do (WTD) approach, where the menu and screens are simulated to recreate the product.

The Level IV courses use advanced visual and graphic environment with extensive audio/video support. These web based training courses contain real life situations for the learner to apply his/her learning. They usually contain the highest level of graphic and programming features. In addition, there needs to be a complete understanding of the subject, so the projects consent to an active and continual collaboration with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). All these levels are focused on providing effective and compelling elearning solutions.
