Visually Presenting Facts in Online CoursesThe course was heavily fact-based. It included the evolving process of child birth, worldwide birthing trends, and facts about birth and mortality rates of mothers and babies. The inputs that we received from the client were mainly disconnected facts. The challenge here was to analyze the disconnected content, sequence it and make it learner-friendly. Also, to make it visually engaging so that learners could remember details after course completion.

Sales Training in Nine Languages
We executed a large production assignment for one of our Fortune 500 clients wherein we produced fifty courses in 10 languages including English. Not only that, we produced thirty courses in a single month to meet our client's demanding timeline.
Contract Utilization Project
We developed twenty seven ILT lessons for a power utility major within a tight schedule of one month. The client had provided us Standard Operating Procedures based on which we were expected to develop courseware for classroom delivery. We developed the lessons, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments and formatted them in accordance with the info mapping standards of the client.
Practices of Management
The program is designed for newly recruited managers or for people within the company who are assuming managerial roles. We developed seven modules covering various aspects of management. The client had provided a very large number of PowerPoint decks of previous presentations given on various policies and procedures in the company. Based on learning objectives given by the client, we developed the entire gamut of ILT courseware - ready-to-use-PowerPoint presentations, facilitator's guides, learning activities and participant's workbooks.
Basic Safety in Power Plants
The client provided us PDF manuals and some onsite photographs based on which we developed a 4 module course. This course addresses the training needs of workers at power plants on recognizing the common hazards in the facility. The course dealt with the responsibilities of workers to ensure safety. It also identified the key safety and security measures to be followed before entering the plant.
Lean Manufacturing Principles
The client provided us a series of PowerPoint presentations on various subjects of Lean - 5S, Problem Solving, Daily management and Leadership standard work. We converted this legacy material into interactive and engaging eLearning courses. The courses had animations, games, and multiple assessments to enhance the learning experience.
Sales Training Courses using Lectora
We developed courses on various subjects of sales training for a global manufacturer and marketer of precision instruments used in laboratories, industrial and food retailing applications. These courses included Successfully Selling across Divisions, Selling Service at Point of Sale, Segment Management, and Global Accounts Management.
Custom Accounts and Service Order (Software) Training using Captivate
One of our clients, a leading IP-based managed services provider that delivers integrated packages of communications and IT services to more than 38,500 small businesses throughout the United States, approached us to develop an online course for their customers on how to use their software tools.
We developed the course using a Watch, Try, Do (WTD) approach. The instructional strategy followed was to first show the operations, and then invite the learner to try and perform the required operations with some guidance and finally, allow him/her to try the operations all by themselves. This approach provided a smooth transition in learning - from watching, to trying and finally, doing the operations.
Converting 500 legacy courses to SCORM compliance for a global Electronic Equipment Manufacturer
The client had courses developed using an authoring tool, which did not publish the courses for SCORM compliance. The courses were running on a non SCORM LMS. The client wanted migration of all the courses to a SCORM-compliant LMS without changing the functionality of the course. The courses was developed using frame, layers and complicated coding.
We implemented the SCORM wrapper coding in between the JavaScript files and successfully launched them on the SCORM-complaint LMS without disturbing the functionality of the courses.
Converting SCORM 1.2 courses to SCORM 1.3 and AICC Level II for a Software Company
The courses were already SCORM 1.2 complaint. The client wanted them to be upgraded to SCORM 1.3 and AICC Level II. We made a single version of the course that was both SCORM 1.3 and AICC Level II complaint.
