Job Description:

Flash programmers will program innovative, effective, and practical eLearning courses for our clients across various domains.

Responsibilities:

• Gather technical requirements from clients, analyze the requirement and time.
• Responsible for integrating the contents as produced by the learning design team as per the standards for the given projects.
• Responsible for producing quality standardized templates and components for reusability from finalized projects.
• Should be capable of managing a team.
• Contribute to meeting any special technical needs of the company.
• Be a productive team member.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to manage a team.
• Should have good knowledge on Flash Action Scripting 2.0.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a flash programmer.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiatives, and be self-motivated.
• Self-driven with a passion for learning and training.
