CommLab is now registered as "CommLab India"
CommLab has officially applied for registration of trademark under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, Government of India. The official numbers allotted under Class 41 and 42 are 1560892 and 1560891 respectively. The application is sent for examination and further processing in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
CommLab India is now permitted to impose the letters "TM" in circle at the right hand top corner of the expressions contained in the label in order to indicate the trade and public that the said trade mark has been conceived, adopted and brought into use and that it is CommLab India's property and that appropriate steps have been taken to safe guard it.
