Qualification: Post-Graduates (B.Tech and MBAs are preferred)
Experience: 0-1year of Management experience

Job Description:
- Needs to deliver all the assigned multiple projects from initiation, plan, execute and control to closure.
- Participate in the project initiation phase of the project which would include negotiation, estimation of scope, time and cost with a view to clearly identifying and defining project deliverables and contributing to the preparation of a project execution plan.
- Needs to develop a clear understanding of the client, his needs and style of functioning to deliver a high-end quality product.
- Identify and select project team members along with the learning design team in the kick-off meeting and ensure that a robust and capable team is built effectively to deliver the project.
Key Requirements:
- First class post-graduates of any discipline.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills are required.
- High level of proficiency and operational knowledge in MS Office and in using the Internet.
- Should have good analytical and conceptual skills to understand client requirements.
- Should be able to meet deadlines.
- Should be able to work in a team, accept feedback and show continuous improvement.
