RK, a founder-partner of CommLab India is responsible for the strategic management and overall leadership of the company.
After teaching management graduates for 5 years, RK spent about 12 years in the industry heading various HR and corporate training positions.
RK holds a Management degree and is a UGC Qualified Lecturer in Management.
RK has been judging Brandon Hall awards for eLearning excellence for the last 4 years. He has 24 years of work experience.
Ayesha Habeeb Omer, PhD
Chief Operating Officer
Ayesha, a founder-partner of CommLab India is responsible for managing all operations.
After spending 6 years, teaching project management and finance at the graduate level, she along with RK started CommLab India.
Ayesha holds a Management degree and has done her doctoral studies in eLearning. She is also the holder of ASTD Advanced eLearning Instructional Design Certificate Program by Michael Allen.
She has been judging Brandon Hall awards for eLearning excellence for the last 4 years. Ayesha has 13 years of work experience.
