CommLab India's project life cycle is a reengineered version of the traditional production cycle followed in most eLearning companies. This project cycle is geared for rapid eLearning development.
Our production process is divided into 3 phases - pre-production, production and post-production.
The production process is designed in a manner which combines certain stages into one and runs certain stages simultaneously in order to reduce developmental time and optimize utilization of various resources.
