Learner Centric Approach to Instructional Design
Our philosophy is learner-centric. We start with an in-depth understanding of the training needs and the nature of the audience. We integrate ourselves into the learning environment - both physical and technological.
Our learning objectives are performance-based (Robert Mager's principles of setting instructional objectives) and reflect measurability (Benjamin Bloom's Taxonomy)

Our course design is based on the Learning Cycle which typically has four stages.
- Review: sets the context, provides an overview and helps the learner bridge prior knowledge.
- Learning: is the Information Transfer or Knowledge Acquisition phase.
- Application: consists of case studies, best practices or applied exercises.
- Adaptation: provides direction and support to help the learner transfer the new knowledge to his or her own performance and context needs.
ASTD eLearning Courseware Certification (ECC) Standards (1.5)
Since the very beginning CommLab India adhered to the above standards to ensure unmatchable learning quality of our courses.
