Basic Safety in Power Plants

The client provided us PDF manuals and some onsite photographs based on which we have developed a 4 module course. This course addresses the training needs of workers at power plant on how to recognize the common hazards in the facility. The course dealt with the responsibilities of workers to ensure safety. It also identified the key safety and security measures to be followed before entering the plant.

Lean Manufacturing Principles

The client provided us a series of PowerPoint presentations on various subjects of Lean - 5S, Problem Solving, Daily management and Leadership standard work. We converted this legacy material into interactive and engaging eLearning courses. The courses used animations, games, and multiple assessments to enhance learning experience.
