Basic Safety in Power Plants

The client provided us PDF manuals and some onsite photographs based on which we developed a four-module course. This course addressed the training needs of workers at the client's power plant on how to recognize common hazards in the facility. The course dealt with the responsibilities of workers in ensuring safety at the workplace. It also identified the key safety and security measures to be followed before entering the plant.

Lean Manufacturing Principles

The client provided us a series of PowerPoint presentations on various subjects related to Lean - 5S, Problem Solving, Daily Management and standard Leadership topics. We converted this legacy material into interactive and engaging eLearning courses. The courses used animations, games, and multiple assessments to enhance the learning experience.
