Abdul Razzak Hussain, Director Technology

Razzak, in his role as Director-Technology, is responsible for heading Learning Technology Services at CommLab India. Learning Technology Services includes LMS/ LCMS services, incubating new technology-enabled applications, and deploying them for business use. As the Director-Technology, he provides guidance and direction to a team of software technologists and programmers to achieve the goals of the department.

His earlier role provided him in-depth experience in managing eLearning courseware development projects. He has successfully led both project management and learning design teams in the past. He is also the internal Six Sigma champion.

He has excellent conceptual grasp of eLearning in general and the technology piece in particular, and has proven success in customizing certain aspects of authoring tools such as Flash, Articulate, Captivate and Lectora.

From 2005 onwards, Razzak has been serving as a judge in Brandon-Hall Excellence in Learning Awards, with an emphasis on Innovations.

Razzak completed his Masters in Computer Science from Osmania University in 2004 and immediately joined CommLab India as a programmer trainee and quickly rose up to occupy various positions.
