Shalini Merugu, Director Learning Advocacy

Shalini has over 12 years of diverse experience in the fields of Learning Design, Content Writing, and User Assistance solutions. She also has experience in successfully conducting training in Europe and AsiaPac in various adult learning scenarios - classroom, virtual, as well as in designing effective online and ILT training programs. In her role as Director Learning Advocacy, she is responsible for providing thought leadership and sharing resources with the eLearning community of practice through blogs and webinars to foster learning. She also contributes to CommLab India's strategic initiatives in the area of eLearning solutions and in marketing communications.
Shalini has a Post Graduate Diploma in the Teaching of English (PGDTE) from Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages (CIEFL), with a specialization in Distance Learning. She also has a Masters degree in English Literature from the University of Hyderabad. She received her Bachelors degree in Arts (Psychology, English Literature and Political Science) from St. Francis Degree college for women.
