Terry L. Heiney, Ph.D., Vice President Sales, CommLab U.S.A

Dr. Heiney has worked as a training consultant for major corporations for the last 38 years. His experience includes projects as diverse as the A&W Root Beer Operations Manual, airline reservations sales training, product knowledge and skills for bank operations officers, and installation of CRM systems for NCR product support personnel. Dr. Heiney has taught in middle school grades, at the college level, and adult education classes during his career. He was also Vice President - Sales and Service, for a jet airline startup in the early 1980's. Currently, he manages The Learning Network as well as serving as Vice President - Sales, for CommLab U.S.A.

Dr. Heiney received a Bachelors degree in Philosophy from the University of Toledo, in 1968. He also received a Ph.D. from the University of Toledo in Educational Theory, in 1981.
