Customer Relationship Executive

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating repurposed educational content and distributing it effectively among selected customer stakeholders. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative content offerings and marketing events. You will connect with and nurture customer stakeholders through social media. You will collaborate with the sales team to draft proposals – determine scope, solution, pricing strategies and terms and conditions. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen our relationship with customers through educational content
  • Build strong customer relations on social channels through targeted promotions of content/events
  • Track, analyse and report the success of customer campaigns and events
  • Empower the sales team with marketing content and proposals

Candidate Profile:

  • 0 to 3 years’ experience in any domain.
  • Have a good academic record and be willing to work hard.
  • Should be eager to learn and be receptive to coaching.
  • Possess good work ethics.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Familiarity in working with social media.
