We (RK and Ayesha) wanted to create a "lab" where ordinary people can achieve extraordinary results, where people can actualize their God-given potential, irrespective of their background, gender, religion or ethnicity. Today we have almost 50% women (a rarity even in the West), all religions and ethnicities, and college-dropouts to PhDs working in CommLab.
We were also obsessed about creating value – for our customers, employees and suppliers. Growth and profits were considered incidental and guaranteed.
Leveraging our background and interest in training, we started with Management Development Programs for corporate organizations in India, when we stumbled upon e-learning. And there was no turning back.

According to the latest quarterly survey, conducted in April 2015, by www.happinessatworksurvey.com, CommLab's overall happiness at work score is 7.1. This is in the top 15% of scores in the world. We take care of our employees in many special ways and so we enjoy a low attrition of 17%, although CommLab is a fast growing company.
We share wonderful, personal relationships with our stakeholders. Bad debts and lost customers are unknown to us. We take care of them; make them look good in their jobs. With us, there are no hidden or extra costs, no moaning about scope creeps. We just roll up our sleeves and support our customers, all the way.
In turn, they make sure we are paid on time. With most, we enjoy zero waiting and 100% advance payments. Every year, 70-80% of our growth comes from our existing customers. They provide us glowing references and joke that they are our unpaid “sales managers” in their countries. They love us for the values we stand for. Some of them even work for us now!
