CommLab India was started by Ayesha and RK with the firm affirmation to give people a chance to reach their full potential through training interventions.
In the late 1990s, when we visited corporates to conduct training sessions, we noticed that organizations faced several logistical challenges and had to limit the number of attendees. This set us thinking of leveraging technology to ensure training reaches everyone, and thus started our foray into e-learning.
When CommLab’s journey started in 2000, e-learning was yet to make a mark on corporate training. We started with the development of Flash-based courses and moved to customized end-to-end e-learning. Since then, we’ve not looked back and champion the use of technology-enabled learning solutions to meet ever-evolving corporate training challenges. CommLab evolves continuously to kept abreast of the latest in technology and training strategies.
After forging successful partnerships with organizations in the US, today we offer technology-enabled learning solutions to firms around the globe – across 30 countries.

According to a survey conducted in April 2015, by www.happinessatworksurvey.com, CommLab's overall happiness at work score is 7.1. This is in the top 15% of scores in the world. We take care of our employees in many special ways and so we enjoy a low attrition of 17%, though we are a fast-growing company.
