About the Workshop

With today’s twin challenges of short attention spans and busy schedules of employees, organizations are constrained to offer just the right amount of knowledge, on the right topic, at the moment of need. Microlearning has emerged as the ideal solution to effectively address these issues.

Microlearning is a learning strategy that delivers information to learners in small, targeted chunks that are carefully aligned with desired individual and organizational results. Each “learning nugget” is typically only a few minutes long and focused on a single learning objective.

Microlearning can be configured in a variety of engaging formats such as:

Animations

eBooks

Games

GIFs

Quizzes

Videos

Case Scenarios

Digital Flashcards

Infographics

Mobile Apps
