Change Management Courses for the World's Largest Aluminum Company
Hyderabad, India - December 24, 2007 - Alcoa, the world's largest aluminum company based in USA chose CommLab India to design and develop two interactive, online courses on the subject of Change Management. CommLab India was chosen as a preferred custom online developer based on the high quality, low cost solution they offered during the RFP vendor selection process.
The first course is about 30 minutes and the second course, which is intended to be a deeper dive into Change Management, is about 60 minutes (including audio and assessments). These courses are delivered via Docent 6.5 and SumTotal Systems and are aimed to be introductory courses to the 3-day workshop on the same subject.
The objective of the first course is to create awareness about the concepts of Change Management and give a brief introduction to Alcoa's Model for Change Management. It is to primarily "market" the concept among the employees of Alcoa.
The objective of the second course is to present a more comprehensive explanation of Alcoa's Model for Change Management.
Both courses are aimed to provide adequate information on the subject and to generate interest so that the participants will be interested and prepared to attend the 3-day workshop on the subject.

Technically, the courses are SCORM 1.2, AICC Level 1, and Section 508 complaint and are designed to accommodate multi-lingual versions and multiple browsers.
