Dipak Mane
Chief Human Resources Officer
Dipak Mane is the Chief Human Resources Officer and Member of Executive Board at Bühler Group, a Swiss-based global company providing industrial solution for processing grains & foods and manufacturing advanced materials, contributing to food security & sustainability with high energy efficiency.
He worked for several years as an engineer in a few companies and held various positions, before he joined Bühler India in 1992. In over 26 years, Dipak has held many different positions in Bühler Group. He is a true visionary and has been instrumental in taking the Group’s training and development to the next level.
Dipak is a Chemical Engineer from I.I.T. Kharagpur, India. He also holds a Diploma in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), University of Bombay, India and has completed his Executive Development Program from I.M.D. Lausanne, Switzerland.
Wolfgang Muscheler
Head Support and Training Standard Industrial
Wolfgang Muscheler leads the technical support and training organization of METTLER TOLEDO´s strategic business units Standard Industrial. In his global role he helps teams in Europe, Americas, Asia Pacific and China, to provide fast and professional technical and application support of Industrial weighing solutions.
He has developed the Industrial training concept. It offers skill trainings for new and experienced sales employees and service technicians. The blended learning approach includes an intensive onboarding plan with a mix of eLearning, video trainings, instructor lead face-to-face and web-based trainings and skill assessments.
Wolfgang holds an engineering degree in Chemistry. After his studies he started his career as product manager of analytical instruments for food quality control. Since 2002 he has been with Mettler Toledo and is based in Albstadt / Germany.
Matthew Mason
Senior Director, Commercial Sales Operations
Matthew Mason leads the Commercial Sales Operations team across Region Europe for Incyte Biosciences International. He has been involved with Incyte from the very start of setting up the regional commercial infrastructure. With over 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in commercial and marketing roles, he’s led over 7 product launches at the Global, Regional, and National levels.
Matthew began his career in pharmaceutical sales in the UK with a strong scientific foundation having studied Biochemistry. After over 6 years in the industry, Matthew left to complete a full-time MBA at Cranfield School of Management. He returned to the industry with Amgen, working in Luzern/Zug and has now lived in Switzerland for over 11 years in both the German and French regions. He lives near Lausanne with his wife and two children.
Adeline Vittecoq
Associate Director, Commercial Training & Operations Analytics
Adeline Vittecoq is responsible for commercial training for Region Europe at Incyte Biosciences International. She holds a Master in both Pharmacy and Business Administration and started her career more than 10 years ago in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to Incyte, Adeline was working for Celgene Corporation.
Adeline has extensive experience in Launch Planning, Product Positioning, Cooperating with Key Opinion Leaders and Project Management. In the recent past, she has successfully managed several multi-disciplinary initiatives across a wide range of geographies.
Adeline grew-up in Switzerland before going to Africa and China for humanitarian missions, then she started her career in Paris where she lived for about 10 years. She now has been living in Lausanne for more than 5 years with her partner and baby boy.
Michael Redford
Program Lead – Group Training & Development
Since 2000, Michael Redford has had extensive experience with various Learning and Development topics including global LMS management, eLearning design and delivery, collaboration with global training teams to promote the rollouts of global eLearning and instructor-led training campaigns, and application of Instructional Design methodologies.
Michael currently works as the LMS Program Lead for Mettler-Toledo, and has worked in a similar capacity at the headquarters of three international companies.

An engaging speaker and an effective trainer, RK has 30 years of experience in sales, corporate training, and eLearning and is passionate about sharing the best practices with his customers and peers. He regularly shares his experiences and the latest developments in technology-enhanced learning through in-house seminars and workshops with customers across the US and Europe. Also shares his learning through writing and speaking at various live and web forums.
RK is an MBA and currently writing his doctoral thesis on Mobile Learning at Lancaster University, UK.
