An engaging speaker and an effective trainer, RK has 30 years of experience in sales, corporate training, and eLearning and is passionate about sharing the best practices with his customers and peers. He regularly shares his experiences and the latest developments in technology-enhanced learning through in-house seminars and workshops with customers across the US and Europe. Also shares his learning through writing and speaking at various live and web forums.
RK is an MBA and currently writing his doctoral thesis on Mobile Learning at Lancaster University, UK.
The COO and Co-Founder of CommLab India, Dr. Ayesha Habeeb Omer is totally focused on delighting customers. She is an expert in understanding customers’ needs and delivering high value-for-money solutions.
A live-wire, high-energy speaker, Ayesha is passionate about customer education, building win-win long-term relations. She is also very knowledgeable about the latest learning technologies, design processes and quality assurance practices in eLearning.
Ayesha has 20 years’ experience in financial services, training, and e-learning. She is a Ph.D. in e-learning and also holds an Advanced E-learning Instructional Design Certificate from ATD, USA.
Shalini is a versatile learning design professional with 15 years of diverse experience in Instructional Design, User Assistance Solutions, Content Writing, and Customer Training (in Europe and AsiaPac). She has worked with General Electric and SumTotal Systems, to name a few, before joining CommLab India.
She is passionate about quality and works closely with her team and clients to develop instructionally sound courses. She also provides creative strategies for designing engaging eLearning courses, drawing on her experience in classroom training to ensure none of the engaging activities of ILT are lost in transition.
Shalini has a Master’s in English Literature from the University of Hyderabad and a PG Diploma from Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages (CIEFL).
The Chief Learning Architect – Canada, John Towsley is responsible for learning strategy development and instructional design consultation in Canada and collaborates with the team in India.
He pioneers in developing effective solutions that decrease training costs and the time to productivity for Employee Performance Support and Electronic Performance Support Solutions (EPSS).
John was formerly associated with PC Etcetera, Knowledge Alliance, and gtslearning International.
Srujan Babu, Manager – Customer Experience (India), works directly with customers in India. He is extensively involved in primary and secondary research in the areas of e-learning design, development, and delivery.
He is involved in communicating with Indian customers how technology-enabled learning helps them meet their specific business goals.
Srujan has extensive knowledge in tailoring e-learning to meet complex training challenges and holds an MBA in Operations and Marketing.
The Chief Learning Architect – USA, Dr. Lewis is responsible for learning strategy development and instructional design consultation in North America. He collaborates with the team in India to create highly-interactive and engaging learning solutions.
Howard has been involved in education, instructional design and performance technology for over 36 years; including corporate positions with Health Net, Xerox Corporation, Apple Computer and RTC.
Howard earned his doctoral degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Technology and International Training from the University of Southern California.
