LearnFlux 2026, the 12th edition of CommLab India’s flagship virtual thought leadership summit, successfully brought enterprise learning leaders and L&D professionals together on October 7–8, 2026.

Centered on the theme “Human + AI at Scale: Building the Next Enterprise Learning Engine,” the summit brought together critical conversations on the future of workplace learning, the realities of enterprise-wide learning delivery, and the enduring principles of effective learning design.

The two-day event brought together professionals from 20+ global organizations to explore the evolving relationship between human expertise and AI.
