Inside Sales Executive

Job Description:

CommLab India is a global e-Learning Company providing Rapid e-Learning Services to Corporates in the US and Europe.

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. You should be comfortable communicating with international prospects via phone and email.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the company’s product and service portfolio.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Explain our product features and benefits.
  • Prepare proposal, SOW, respond to RFP.
  • Close sales & achieve targets.
  • Update HubSpot with key information on daily basis
  • Nurture prospects to become customers.

Candidate Profile:

  • First class graduate/ postgraduate any stream
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and Internet research skills
  • Effective time management and planning skills
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales, prospecting and answering queries of customers.
  • Experience in selling technical services in international market- preferable.
