Inside Sales Executive
Job Description
CommLab India is a global e-Learning Company providing Rapid e-Learning Services to Corporates in the US and Europe.
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. You should be comfortable communicating with international prospects via phone and email.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand product and service portfolio of CommLab India
- Talk to customers and prospects about their requirements
- Make and give sales presentations and write SOW.
- Recommend business solutions that help the customer with their requirement
- Make proposals – determine scope, solution, pricing strategies and terms and conditions
- Negotiating proposals with customers/prospects
- Work with internal teams (operations) during project execution
- Nurture prospects to become customers
Candidate Profile:
- First-class graduate/ postgraduate Experience in managing international customers
- Experience in b2b sales - selling technical services in the international market
- Excellent command over English language and grammar, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office suite and Internet research skills
- Effective time management and planning skills
- Creative at prospecting, handling objections, and negotiation skills
