Brad studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Michigan and obtained his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. With 32 years of experience at both Honeywell Inc, and Caterpillar, his responsibilities have included Manager of Global Information Centers, Strategy Manager for Corporate Product Quality, Dean of Caterpillar’s corporate university for 6 Sigma, Caterpillar Production System and Lean, and more. He most recently supported Workday Learning – LMS/LXP deployment and consulted and coached functional talent development with an emphasis on leveraging data and analytics to drive business solutions.
