The last 25 years have been the most productive, fulfilling and exciting period of my life. I am grateful to God and all the wonderful people, especially my partner, Dr Ayesha Omer, for building CommLab India from a small, bootstrapped, unknown company into a 120+ strong, multimillion dollar, globally respected organisation. And I believe the best is yet to come!!!

For over 20 years, Razzak Hussain has been shaping learning as a Director of Technology at CommLab India. Here’s his message.
What I discovered was more than just a job. I found a place that believed in me, gave me the freedom to grow, and trusted me to learn through trial and error.
From mastering authoring tools like Storyline and Captivate to managing complex eLearning projects and LMS implementations, I’ve grown alongside CommLab India as it evolved into a global thought leader.

From 2008 to today, Parvathi D, our Director of Sales, has seen CommLab India grow for 17 years.
I started my career at CommLab India as a Marketing Executive, and within six months, I was given the opportunity to lead a team of 10. That early trust set the tone for a journey of growth, learning, and yes, a few mistakes too. But every step has been worth it.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with inspiring individuals who became more than colleagues, they became mentors, friends, and family. I’m grateful for the bonds we’ve built and the support I’ve received.

At the heart of my work, empathy has been the true cornerstone, because understanding the learner’s challenges is just as important as mastering the content.
Some of my most defining moments have come from complex projects, where the scale of the challenge brought out the most creativity and resourcefulness in me. These experiences have reinforced the value of teamwork, innovation, and staying focused on outcomes that truly matter.
