Expert AI Training Day was a high-impact, in-person learning experience designed to equip tax and bookkeeping professionals, including Experts, Leads, and Managers from the Intuit Expert Network, with the skills, confidence, and mindset to adopt AI in their daily work.
With over 150 attendees, the event delivered hands-on training, real-world demos, and collaborative prototyping sessions that helped demystify AI tools and showcase their value in solving real customer problems. By growing AI fluency across the frontline teams, this training experience enabled smarter, faster, and more personalized support all while preserving the trusted, human connection customers rely on.
